continue, resume, succeed, go on
這些動(dòng)詞或短語均有“繼續(xù)”之意。continue: 普通用詞?;蛑赋掷m(xù)而不停止,或有一段中斷后又繼續(xù)下去。
resume: 指中斷后的繼續(xù)。
succeed: 側(cè)重指有規(guī)律地連續(xù)。
